The separating coating PRP-1 is an oil-polymer composition and is applied for ensuring of the qualitative skinning of the half-forms by the manufacture of the one-time forms on the metallic model rigging in the conditions of the single, series and mass production of the foundries.

The separating coating URP-1M besides of the mineral oils complex, stabilizer and reducer of viscosity includes also some specific anti-frictional and anti-wear additions, which ensures especially easy extraction of model from a form and excellent safety of a mould set. It is applied for production of the foundries with a complex surface on the automatic forming lines, including the boxless casting.

Emulsion EP is applied for application as the anti-burning on and plasticizing addition at obtaining of the pig-iron and bronze castings, contains composition of fluid petroleum with high yield of pyrocarbon, ensures the obtaining of a qualitative surface of castings (without a burnt-on), and complex of surface-active agents, which improve the technical characteristics of a agglutinant sand (flowability, moldability and compactibility parameters).

ER composition is a water-fat emulsion, includes a complex of anti-chip, anti-burning on and stabilizing additions, are applied as one-time separating composition by the casting of aluminum and Zn-alloys in a chill mould and under pressure.

SUP-R composition is a alcoholic solution of synthetic oil composition, is used as separating composition at obtaining of the items from plastic and general mechanical rubber goods.

The anti-burning on coatings ShBT – 1, ShBT – 2 are a fine-dyspersated powder of dark-grey color. They contain a multi-component heat-resistant anti-burning on basis, stabilizer and binding. An anti-burning on property ensures a natural mineral schungite, consisting from oxides of silicon, aluminum, magnesium, carbon and organic admixtures, which at a contact to molten metal excretes the so-called "bright carbon", which prevents the formation of a burnt-on.

SUP composition is a composition of synthetic oils, provides easy extraction of half-finished product on forging and stretching operations, easily solves by water, that allows to eliminate a labour-intensive process of a deleting of coating from a surface of the items before painting.

MP composition is a mineral oil composition, provides an easy extraction from forming equipment and long-term storage of an item after a forging operation.
