Design f eatures

The motor-reducing gears use the improved planetary gear of K-H-V type developed on the base of conical-cylindrical precessional catching.

Advantages

  • Compactness, small dimensions and quantity of metal in combination with possibility of rotation transformation with reduction coefficient in the range from 3 to 100 at one stage.
  • High efficiency 87-92%.
  • High producibility of the design and maintainability.
  • Low manufacturing cost in comparison with motor-reducing gears designed on the base of worm, planetary and pin gears with analog output characteristics.
