Purpose and area of application
- surface polishing before coatings and thin films application; the nanorelief formation;
- surface scraping before welding;
- rolled metal descaling and cleaning from impurities;
- contacting surfaces polishing in order to improve corrosion, wear and mechanical resistance.
Technological features
- ferroabrasive powder in the magnet field acquires the properties of an “elastic brush” and polishes the article surface;
- impulse magnet field favours the structure ordering of the article material;
- for surface polishing and cleaning operations special equipment is manufactured.
