Purpose and area of application

  • surface polishing before coatings and thin films application; the nanorelief formation;
  • surface scraping before welding;
  • rolled metal descaling and cleaning from impurities;
  • contacting surfaces polishing in order to improve corrosion, wear and mechanical resistance.

Technological features

  • ferroabrasive powder in the magnet field acquires the properties of an “elastic brush” and polishes the article surface;
  • impulse magnet field favours the structure ordering of the article material;
  • for surface polishing and cleaning operations special equipment is manufactured.
