Area of application
Wear resistant, high-hard, heat stable coatings are used at:
- metallurgical plants for high loaded friction parts and units of drawing and rolling equipment;
- machine-building plants for rebuilding and hardening of worn- out parts and units surfaces.
Technology features
- powders manufacture with the amorphous thermostable structure by deformation treatment in grinding mills;
- coatings manufacture with the use of concentrated sources of energy.
Basic advantages
- low cost of powders;
- manufacturing process simplicity;
- amorphous structure preservation under temperature effect at coatings application, and as a consequence, material unique properties preservation;
- coatings properties control possibility in a wide range of parameters;
- high wear resistance in condition of dry and abrasive friction.
Technical characteristics
- coatings hardness, HRC..................55-62;
- adhesion strength, MPa..................56-62;
- coating thickness, mm.................0,2-0,5;
- porosity, %...............................2-5;
- dry friction coefficient at steel...0,16-0,17;
- wear resistance in conditions of dry friction - in 5-8 times higher than sample - hardening steel 60C2;
- operation temperature, °C...........up to 450.
