Area of application

Wear resistant, high-hard, heat stable coatings are used at:

  • metallurgical plants for high loaded friction parts and units of drawing and rolling equipment;
  • machine-building plants for rebuilding and hardening of worn- out parts and units surfaces.

Technology features

  • powders manufacture with the amorphous thermostable structure by deformation treatment in grinding mills;
  • coatings manufacture with the use of concentrated sources of energy.

Basic advantages

  • low cost of powders;
  • manufacturing process simplicity;
  • amorphous structure preservation under temperature effect at coatings application, and as a consequence, material unique properties preservation;
  • coatings properties control possibility in a wide range of parameters;
  • high wear resistance in condition of dry and abrasive friction.

  • dry friction coefficient at steel...0,16-0,17;
  • wear resistance in conditions of dry friction - in 5-8 times higher than sample - hardening steel 60C2;
  • operation temperature, °C...........up to 450.
